We approach every partnering project with the belief that 1 + 1 = 3, that all partnering has the potential to create results greater than the sum of its parts.

We are pleased to have learned to consistently achieve two outcomes in our partnering consulting and training:  building highly effective teams across organization boundaries, and creating results that last over time. 

We have led over two hundred successful partnering projects, consistently improving communications and bottom-line performance in a wide range of partnering relationships, from design and construction projects, to biotech company / contract research organizations, to outsourcing, mergers, alliances, strategic alliances and interdepartmental relationships.

We developed our partnering method in large part because of our clients.  When our architecture clients asked us to get involved with construction partnering in the mid-1990's, we learned the approach that the Army Corps of Engineers initiated.  We applied and refined that approach in over 100 design and construction partnering projects, from the Lincoln Memorial reconstruction through the Williams College Science Center, Andover High School, EMC Corporate Headquarters, etc.

Applying the method in other cross-organization cases --- biotech, software, government, health care, utilities, real estate, mergers, acquisitions, strategic alliances, etc. --- has enabled us to refine the method further, and write The Partnering Solution.

We've learned a great deal from these projects and applied our learning to the work we do in strategic planning and leadership training.

William Ronco earned his Ph.D. at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, his Ed.M. at the Harvard Graduate School of Education and his B.A. at Rutgers University.  Jean S. Ronco earned her Ed.M. at the Harvard Graduate School of Education and her B.A. at Boston College.
